Mediterranean cuisine at Amis St. Barth

Amis St. Barth is an innovative gastronomic hotspot with a unique French-Mediterranean concept that accompanies you throughout the day for breakfast, lunch, and gastronomic dinner. Led by the only executive Michelin star on the island, Chef Jéremy Czaplicki brings a modern, cohesive cooking style to the table, priorizing the use of whole, fresh ingredients and seasonings to create inspiring and authentic dishes inspired by the destination he is in.

As head chef he plans to continue to spearhead Amis St. Barth’s Zero Waste Cooking Class in which guests have the opportunity to cook a meal with Chef Czaplicki that is fully zero waste from using vegetables trimmings to make sauces or juices to cooking with locally sourced fish from St. Barts.

From a young age, Jérémy's love for cuisine ignited an unstoppable fire within that took him to the prestigious École Hôtelière d'Occitanie at the tender age of 13. Embarking on a remarkable journey, he honed his craft for years, and the payoff was well worth the grind when, in 2019, he earned an illustrious Michelin star — the first one of many, we are sure. Now, Le Barth is delighted to welcome this culinary virtuoso, as he brings his unparalleled style and profound love for the art of cuisine to our tables, promising nothing less than a sparkling meal.
